@Blok8  Hi, I am facing the same problem as you. And even Paypal is not allowing me to withdraw my money. All they said is you can withdraw after 180 days and at this point I am not sure if 180 days they will allow me to withdraw it or give any other excuse. ... View more

@kernowlass  Hi, I want to ask you that I am a student and the money that was in my account was not only mine it wass $2,240. I am just a student I started a work just to support my education expense and my family expense and I am in really debts if they don't allow me to withdraw that money it will be really hard situation for me and my family because supplier is asking for the money which I owe them and If I am not able to pay them I am really thinking to do a suicide because I don't have any other option to manage this lose. I haven't received any warning for any thing suddenly they just restricted my account and I am requesting them to allow me to withdraw otherwise I don't have any option other than suicide. Today I had the same issue and the reason they are telling me that your transactions were business transactions and you were receiving them as personal payment through friends and family member method. I requested paypal to atleast release my balance it was $2,404. I am student in Japan and in this payment I have to pay my supplier I just started using this paypal and I didn't know much about it. Now my money is stuck and I don't have money to pay my suppliers and I explained them my situation that if I am not able to pay them I will suicide but they are not understanding and in last they said that our relevant department will call you back. @kernowlass  Yes I am the seller and I want to refund  my buyer. Yes there are enough funds in my account and the payment is on hold so i want to refund that payment to my buyer. Yes I have linked my bank account with my paypal. Let me explain you more, Few days ago this was the same issue and I contacted the chat support and they said that paypal is having technical Issue and the team is working on that and the next day I was able to refund and I did if for 2-3 customers and now this issue is happening again from last more than one week and when I am trying to contact the chat support they are saying that they are also not able to refund some of the payments manually from their side due to technical issue but it's been more than a week that I am facing this issue. ...
