Hi, I am facing an issue with refunding the payments whenever I try to refund any payment it says that this type of payment in not allowed to refund and when I contact the chat support they always say that please contact the technical support but I tried every way and the issue is still not resolved.
@kernowlass Yes I am the seller and I want to refund my buyer. Yes there are enough funds in my account and the payment is on hold so i want to refund that payment to my buyer. Yes I have linked my bank account with my paypal. Let me explain you more, Few days ago this was the same issue and I contacted the chat support and they said that paypal is having technical Issue and the team is working on that and the next day I was able to refund and I did if for 2-3 customers and now this issue is happening again from last more than one week and when I am trying to contact the chat support they are saying that they are also not able to refund some of the payments manually from their side due to technical issue but it's been more than a week that I am facing this issue.
