Hey, thank you so much for the response it really matters to me.   So PayPal has already closed the dispute in the buyers favor. But PayPal is not above the law, and I want to fight the dispute with a service and laws that protect me in Sweden. But PayPal doesn't provide any place I can send in an official document about fighting the dispute. No Email or ticket system.   would you happen to know any email I can push this to? ... View more

Hello, I sold a Roblox plugin for a person through Discord. After he paid me the about €200, I sent the file over. A couple of hours later he starts a dispute, claims he didn't receive it, gets a full refund, fakes messages, and now I owe him €200? I want to fight the claim, but PayPal is not allowing me to start any ticket or dispute anywhere with a button, nor do they have a email so I can on paper make it official that I want to fight this fraud of a claim.   So my question is, where do I state to fight this claim on a more official note, outside of PayPals system which thinks I should now owe this scammer. ...
