Hello, I sold a Roblox plugin for a person through Discord. After he paid me the about €200, I sent the file over. A couple of hours later he starts a dispute, claims he didn't receive it, gets a full refund, fakes messages, and now I owe him €200? I want to fight the claim, but PayPal is not allowing me to start any ticket or dispute anywhere with a button, nor do they have a email so I can on paper make it official that I want to fight this fraud of a claim. So my question is, where do I state to fight this claim on a more official note, outside of PayPals system which thinks I should now owe this scammer.
