Hello, I am new user to PayPal and have read the buyer protection policy however nothing regarding my query has been mentioned and the chat support team also do not have much clue about it so I am not sure. I have had accidentally confirmed the receipt of the order as I thought it was to confirm the order. But it has not been delivered yet and I am worried. The seller has not provided me any tracking information, however, assured me that it would be delivered within a couple of days. Do I lose my buyer protection rights for Item Not Received case? Or what if the item has been arrived and it is a defective or damaged or something not that I had exactly ordered? Does confirming the receipt affects any of the above? Thank you.
