I did an online purchase for a camera, and used Paypal to make the payment. I had not heard from the vendor for a month, so sent an email to the vendor to ask for tracking information. The vendor provided a tracking number via USPS. I used it and the item was being shipped to my zip code, but nothing arrived on my doorstep. I double checked my Ring cameras, to ensure that maybe someone hadn't stolen it. But NO delivery. I contacted the postal service with all the information and an inspector called me back. They verified that a package had arrived at the Post Office and Zip code, but it was not addressed to my address nor to me. The tracking information online did not show the final address the package was delivered to, but the inspector could not/would not tell me where it had been delivered, only saying that it was not my address and it was not addressed to my address. I reported all of this to Paypal, but they denied my claim saying the vendor has tracking information. Do I have any further actions with Paypal? or am I SOL? Very Disappointed with Paypal!!!
