You can use the PayPal Complete Payments Platform to offer PayPal payment solutions to your sellers. The PayPal Complete Payments Platform is only available to approved partners in the Live environment. Please Fill out this form to start the Partner approval process. A PayPal representative will evaluate your business needs and contact you about your approval. NOTE: Testing the PayPal Complete Payments Platform integration in the Sandbox environment does not need approval. You can log in to the PayPal Developer Dashboard to create the Sandbox Partner Account and REST Applications for testing the PayPal Complete Payments Platform integration. Once you get approved as a Partner, you can onboard your sellers through the Seller Onboarding link. You can set up multiple PayPal payment solutions for your sellers using the link.
