Hi there, how do i cancel my entire paypal account? I had a scam charge get me, so i reported it to paypal. They said it will be a month before they even process the request. About 2 weeks later i see an email that says “your request has been closed because you didnt take action on in”. I recieved nothing about making any action. I have now lost about $80. and for a normal person i was hoping that “protection” actually means something. It apparently does not. I am so dissatisfied with this experience that i am going to cancel my entire account because i cannot afford to be scammed when a normal bank would actually make sure to do something. It’s irresponsible and indicitive of a business who doesnt care about their customers to close the cases out way earlier than stated and might even have legal implications since it states “a month” on paypals page, is it to make sure they dont have to pay us? is this deceptive business practices? My whole point is, i need to eat, and if paypal isnt going to help me, there are enough buying and selling replacements now. I might need help leaving here, but i cannot figure out how to terminate my account. Thank you!
