I suggest ensuring you have a strong internet connection and clearing your cache and cookies on your favorite browser. If that doesn't help, please check out this Help Center article for a few more troubleshooting steps. However, Customer Support would be able to provide you with the most information. If they advised you to wait 24 hours, that sounds like you were running into our Security System. Waiting 24-48 hours can sometimes help, but once that timeframe has passed, you'll only want to make one payment.
