Hello friends, I am really close to the final stage of the claim, today PayPal(I think it's a AI) asked me to provide product and website URL which I do not have. Because this was a purchase through Facebook Market Place and the seller has already removed the listing. Will this make me lose the claim if I do not provide a URL? @kernowlass   Hello! The seller agreed to refund but the refund never arrived for a few days now. I have a Facebook messenger proof that the seller agrees to refund. (goods are never shipped and will not be shipped because I cancelled it. ) To dispute, should I select the "I did not receive the item"?  And show PayPal the proof?  Thank you!! ... View more

Hello! I canceled an item with the seller and the seller has agreed on refunding. However, I haven’t seen any update on the transaction page and it’s still shown “completed”. In case the seller does not issue a refund and I choose to dispute, should I select the “I cancelled the order” or “seller agreed on the refund”? I saw these two options but didn’t know which one I should select. These options showed up after I clicked the “ I want to refund all or part of the items”. The item will not be shipped because the order is cancelled. This is a goods and service transaction. Thank you so much! ... View more

@kernowlass   Thank you for your helpful information.  The seller has not shipped my item yet but my payment was completed, is there anything I can do right now to stop this order going?  If I file a dispute, which dispute should I choose? Will PayPal just ask the seller to ship it and provide a tracking number?  I just told the seller to cancel the order, what will happen if the seller insist in shipping the item?  Thank you!! ...
