I initiated a payment to a seller on August 8th for purchasing a service they provide. Following some complications, I asked for a refund; however, they ceased communication entirely after that. My attempts to reach out via PayPal were unsuccessful as it indicated that the user couldn't be contacted. I possess evidence in the form of screenshots depicting their lack of response, along with their business phone number and the address to which I sent the payment.
