Hello Paypal Community,
I recently bought an Airsoft AEG from another individual, not a store. Initially this person wanted a bank transfer payment which I talked them into allowing me to use Paypal G&S. I paid for the product in question on the 25th June. A month later, after more than a few emails/messages back and forth, the seller had still not dispatched the product after multiple excuses as to why they hadn't dispatched from car trouble to deaths in the family. I messaged them with a final ultimatium demanding proof of postage by the 4th of August or i'll dispute the claim with Paypal and demand a refund. As you can tell by reading this, the seller had not dispatched the item so I disputed the payment with Paypal and posted the message logs between myself and the seller. The seller is still claiming they will be shipping out the product "tomorrow". I have explicity told them they I do not want it as I have since sourced another and it is no longer required. All I want from them is a refund. The seller has seemed to ignore this and is adamant they'll be shipping it out "tomorrow" and if I refuse delivery of it "it's my problem". I cannot escalate this issue further within the resolution centre. I can only view the dispute, where do I go from here? Thanks.
