Thank you so much for your reply. What should I do in this case when I can no longer file a dispute over the fraudulent transaction. The fraudster has already filed for my dispute and closed it, so the dispute can no longer be filed with the same content. I can't try to call often because I'm working during PayPal business hours. Because the fraudster applied for a dispute with my PayPal ID and withdrew it himself. Why do I say that the problem has already been resolved when I have not filed a dispute or received the goods? And the account is a business account, and the payment was made without receiving any options when I paid. Anyway the problem is that the account I paid for is a scammer's account and the scam was done through PayPal and the scammer still can use the account without even considering looking into it, isn't this situation PayPal's fault? ... Thank you for your reply. First of all, a seller ID is an account whose profile is in the form of a household, and it seems to be an account used to pay money to companies in general, not to family or friends. Photo is not attached so many Erorr. And the problem is that someone has already filed a dispute with my ID. Of course I didn't. This means that my account may have been hacked, and I have filed this fact with PayPal. However, PayPal didn't take it seriously and just informed you that your dispute was closed. I was swindled by PayPal. When I pay, I usually choose the protection option, but this time the seller used the seller ID, so the money was paid without any option. And I presented Conflict to PayPal. Thank you for reporting this case. After our review, we have determined that certain transactions were not authorized and are therefore not covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. That's what I got. I was scammed by Paypal. I purchased the product on eBay, but the eBay seller told me that his ID was hacked. I immediately tried to file a complaint with my PayPal account. However, there was a post saying that someone had already filed a complaint and it was processed.  I never complained.
