My bank account was always connected (I can withdraw funds to my bank account no problem), but it seems to be promoting me to connect my bank account now. however, when I go to do so, select my bank and go on to my banking app to confirm, it then tells me my bank account is already connected! So it’s being totally contradictory! My direct debit mandate is connected, but has recently started failing every month and I’m getting charged! My automatic direct debit payments for PayPal won’t work, and keep failing every month. I then have to do it manually. When I go to connect/select my bank account (Natwest) again, it’s not on the list so I go to add it again. But when I go to my bank to verify it, it then says a Natwest bank account is already connected. Help?! ... View more

I can’t seem to add funds to my account balance - it just says ‘we’re sorry, we can’t complete this for you at the moment’. It has been like this for months whenever I try to do this, what can I do? ... View more
