My bank account was always connected (I can withdraw funds to my bank account no problem), but it seems to be promoting me to connect my bank account now. however, when I go to do so, select my bank and go on to my banking app to confirm, it then tells me my bank account is already connected! So it’s being totally contradictory! My direct debit mandate is connected, but has recently started failing every month and I’m getting charged! But when I go to reconnect it it’s telling me it’s already connected.
