Hi, anyone experienced the issue as the topic titled above? 4 days ago I've performed a transaction to a Merchant, but realized there is some suspicious information (merchant email was misspelled and written as gmail.comg) after the transaction is paid, so I filed a dispute to hold the payment until I verify the details. However, Paypal emailed and said that there is no suspicious activity, and the dispute was cancelled, and that the transaction is successful. Merchant has also confirmed they received the payment on their end but it is on hold and pending. However, today I've received an email from the merchant that the transaction was cancelled on my end. I then contact Paypal via the messaging in my account, but they have confirmed that the transaction is in fact successful and not cancelled. Has anyone experienced this issue that the transaction is successful for the buyer and cancelled for the seller? Seller is a reputable international company located in the USA, I don't think they are scammers. Is there maybe just a delay in communication between me, Paypal and the merchant?
