Hi, I just made a withdraw from my Paypal account to my HSBC USA bank account and I got charged by 3.5%, even as in https://www.paypal.com/ar/smarthelp/article/what-are-the-fees-for-paypal-accounts-faq690 it states "Withdrawing money: You can withdraw funds from your PayPal account to your bank account at no cost. If you prefer to receive a check, there will be a fee charged.". Why is that? Transaction ID is 4JH973036C158953L Also, It's quite frustrating not being able to chat, speak or email to anyone from Customer Service. As you request further assistance in the chat windows, you get a "I'm sorry, but no Customer Support Agents are available at the moment.
