Hi! I attempted to purchase something online during a Black Friday event, and the result was my PayPal account got charged twice for the same amount and yet my items remained in my cart.  The company can't help me because they don't show an order to "cancel" as the items are still in the cart and they haven't received money.  My PP shows these amounts as "pending".  It's been 4 days.  When should I expect PP to stop holding these funds?  Or am I to do something on my end in PP? ... Hi, I was wondering if I can do a dispute when the item isn't received but it isn't late yet. I contacted the company for a cancellation (the item hasn't even been made yet) and they said they don't do cancellations or refunds. I then did a search of reviews on this company and it appears to be a scam company. They have 1 star rating at BBB and other sites for people never receiving their items. Do I have to wait until the date passes that my item was to be here in order to do a dispute?  Thanks! ... View more
