I cashed a check on Fri, Oct 14th with the PayPal app. The check was approved and voided on the same day. I paid for money in minutes and didn't receive the money till the following Monday. They still charged me the money in minutes charge. I have talked with PayPal and ingo 3-4 times and PayPal which is responsible refuses to give back the fee. They even tried to deny the transaction. I will be posting this same message all over social media.
