Hello. I'm trying to receive payment, but the person who's transferring the funds to me has said that the transfer failed because "The recipient chose not to accept the funds". Where would I accept them? My email and my credit card linked to my account are both verified. It's not because it wasn't Unclaimed (https://www.paypal.com/be/smarthelp/article/how-and-when-do-i-accept-a-payment-i-received-faq1885) Because that person received that message within the same day and I didn't get any notification on the activity page. And I do have a holding balance in a currency that I'm receiving funds in (USD).
