@Lunarlite You have only recently been able to accept payments in the Ukraine HOWEVER you are restricted to friends/family payments only. You can't accept goods/services payments. Also not all countries have the friends/family option so not all countries would be able to send payments to you. You must have received a goods/services payment and as you can't accept that payment type it showed as unclaimed and would return back to the sender.
