Hi, I had purchased 2 mobiles from a reputed Chinese site and both were having issues! So I returned both in 2 different parcels through DHL Express. Seller received it and was not responding. I opened dispute with PayPal and received refund for one. For the 2nd one, some documents were asked but I was not able to provide initially because I was hospitalized due to Covid. Later I requested paypal to reopen the case which they did. I was asked to provide some documents. Upload issue was found. It was error from Paypal. So customer service provided a link to upload all the documents which I did on same day. Again after 10 days, I received a mail saying my claim is denied because provided tracking number is invalid! It clearly shows that parcel has reached seller! Please someone help me how to solve this issue! Value is $840.
