    That is total B.S., and no sadly, I don't have anyone I can just run up to and ask to them to make a call for me. I shouldn't have to go through all that just to close an online account anyway.    Thank you for responding kernowlass.     I'm not a Genius, but wouldn't "Call Us" require a phone? I need a way to delete my account without a phone. Any phone. Not just a smartphone. I'm almost completely deaf, and I just don't see the point in having a phone at all. I can't afford to purchase one, or pay for the service anyway.
