Before the appeals, I spoke with another rep, they said they denied the claim because I didn't ship to the address given within PayPal dispute workflow, but I explained a rep from seller company gave me USA address, which I have email confirmation they received and the address in the PayPal workflow was in China. They didn't ship me my package from China, why should I return it to China. Also, they didn't provide a return shipping label like most company's do. But that is mute as my evidence shows they have product whether its in California or China. So now I'm going thru Bank of America to get my REFUND. They have already given me a temporary credit and now BofA is working on the international transaction fees I was charged to buy this product. I thought I was buying from USA not China as the address was in California.
