Maybe that's only on a business account. Mine is a personal account. Secondly, in my "statements" are, the only option are PDF downloads. Thirdly, in the PDF documents there are strange discrepancies - the attached screen shot shows how the "total fees" for the period is 0 and yet it's clear that some of the transactions have fees. Fourthly, since it's not in an excel with the whole year, you can only look at one month at a time. Fifthly, this is such a simple feature that someone might want to understand how much they've paid to PayPal, that it's surprising and almost suspicious that PayPal does not provide a simple itemized report of all the transactions including fees happened on the account.
