I paid £858 for an electronic item in June, it arrived broken so I opened a case and returned, the item was stuck in customs for months and the seller never responded to accept the item from customs, the tracking info has finally been updated and says
Delivery Attempted - No Answer

Paypal has denied the claim as it doesn't say rejected (because the seller just ignored the post/customs) and I have been told that even if I repost it PayPal will not accept the new tracking info, so in summary cheers PayPal buyer protection my ***
