I would like to test all the error cases for subscriptions. I know about the Test Subscriptions topic. But this is only caring about invalid parameters to the create subscription (and other) calls. What I would like to test are all the different webhook events like BILLING.SUBSCRIPTION.PAYMENT.FAILED or BILLING.SUBSCRIPTION.SUSPENDED. I searched quite a lot but could not find how to test something like that. Turning on negative testing did not help, removing payment information from my sandbox testing personal user did not help as I cannot subscribe just with some PayPal balance without providing additional payment details. Those payment details seem to always work.
