I put a down payment on an item I am picking up later this month. PayPal has put a hold on the payment so the seller can not access the money. It is in there PayPal account but they can't access it. PayPal says I can confirm reciept after 48 hours but I can't find where to do this. I clicked on transaction but don't see an option. I made the payment on Monday the 12th and it is now Wednesday the 14th and I don't see the option.
