The reason why I wanted to send Bitcoin into my PayPal account is because Russian bank cards are not accepted for online payments due to the sanctions imposed on this country. Therefore, an electronic Bitcoin wallet can be used as a good alternative in online transactions. I wanted to use PayPal in order to buy a subscription on the Skype calling service, because PayPal is listed as one of the accepted payment methods. But if it is not possible to use PayPal in Russia due to the sanctions, perhaps I may have to create a virtual Bitcoin debit card and use it instead of my Russian debit card and PayPal account.
