Last month, I ordered a product from Black Label Grooming. I got a notification that my product was in transit for the Post Office but after two weeks, there was no update and no delivery. The company wasn’t answering phone calls or emails so I put in a case with paypal to end my pay-in-3 payment and refund my money before the second payment went through.  I did this a few days ago but since then, today I got a notification that my order had arrived at the sorting centre and had been dispatched to me.   if i cancel the case, will the pay-in-3 payment continue as if nothing had happened? It’s still in ‘waiting for response from seller’ mode so will it return to normal if I cancel it once the product arrives? ... View more

A few hours ago, I made a pre-order with GAME that cost me £80 via PayPal Credit.  However, a few minutes after I decided to change the payment type on the order via the GAME website from Pay with PayPal Credit to Pay with Card.   At this point, the £80 had already been added to my statement as ‘Pending’ through PayPal Credit. However, when I saw that the PayPal statement wasn’t updating, I (and this was silly on my part) decided to cancel the order all together through GAME. How long will this take to update on the statement to show that my order was cancelled? ...
