I am trying to withdraw a small amount of money from my PayPal account into my bank, but when I go to the Wallet section of Paypal, there is no sign of my balance, and no option whatsoever to transfer the funds to my bank. And when I go to the main page, instead of showing me how much I have in my PayPal account, all I get is "Good afternoon, William. Money is waiting for you $98.60. Accept the money" This is an offer for a debit card, which I don't want. All I want is access to my PayPal account so that I can transfer the money I have made into my bank account! Does anyone know what is going on? This is so frustrating. New York

Hi, this is the first time I have had an issue with PayPal. I only have a mere $138.20 dollars in my PayPal account and I am trying to withdraw the money to pay bills, but when I try to do so, I get the following message: "You've exceeded your withdrawal limit. Please increase the limit and try again." What is this? I have also tried entering smaller and smaller amounts until it was down to only $5.00 dollars and it STILL won't let me take any money out. Does anyone know what is going on?
