How long does it take to resolve the "Sorry, something's not right. Please try again later" issue before the funds transfer function begins to work if at all? Experiencing the same error when trying to transfer money. There is no customer service agent that I have reached out to who has any idea why this is happening, for how long it will happen, and how or if it will be resolved and within what timeframe. Paypal's strategy is to let users' issues linger in perpetuity while holding money in their accounts.

So PayPal gives customer service telephone contact which you can only dial with a US telephone number. That essentially means customers outside the US cannot reach PayPal on phone and therefore are irrelevant to paypal anway and their issues remain perpetually unresolved. Can someone prove to me beyond reasonable doubt that this is not true, that I can actually call Paypal and speak to a customer service representative and explain my challenges and get feedback?
