How do you get your money refunded when the person you sent money to no longer has a Paypal account and does not want a Paypal account. I have escalated the issue to the resolution center and they sent a message we have contacted the seller and will wait for them to respond. My daughter is not able to access her account because she is no longer in the same country and the number associated with her account no longer exists. There seems to be no way to contact customer service at Paypal. thanks for your advice.
