I need some help with a PayPal transaction

I’ve received this transaction from a buyer, and I want to know if this is legitimate. PayPal Hello Ash [Removed], This message is originated from PayPal account section. Regarding the transaction between You and Anne [Removed], the fund will not reflect on your Bank account, it is already on hold in our database and not until we receive the Osko Bank Transfer Receipt for the Pick up agent fee before we can credit your account with the total amount of ($2,100.00 AUD), as soon as you send us the Osko Bank Transfer information for the $1,150.00 AUD for the Pick up agent fee, you need to send the $1,150.00 AUD upfront from your pocket directly from your bank account to the agent bank account given to you below and the sender's details will be your details, the Bank Details can also be found on the Bank Transfer Receipt issue to you by your Bank and your PayPal account will be credit with the amount of $2,100.00 AUD immediately. I'm unsure it is a scam, but the email was asking me this " You have a pending fund of $1,600.00 from your buyer ** We would like to inform you again that the payment sent from** not reflected in your PayPal account due to our terms and policy to confirm the gift cards from you so that we would be able to credit your PayPal Account because your money was place on pending by us for security reason. What to Do Next ------------------------------ ----- You are to send the gift cards pictures & receipt to us for verification, so as to secure Buyers purchase as well as you. Fund has been deducted from ** and shall be credited into your PayPal account ** immediately after shipment is confirmed by our management as Gumtree/PayPal terms to verify the Gift Cards Information from you due to Buyer's non-delivery reports. Below are requested shipping details and you are require to send the item through  DHL  Express Delivery.   Then After following the instructions    The buyer told me $1800 was removed from his PayPal account instead of $1600 and the money is already loading into your account but you have to send the $200 to me before PayPal can release the total funds of $1800 with an immediate effect. I created an add on gumtree and the buyer send me money via my email address. However I received an email saying    "  We would like to inform you again that the payment sent from ***** not reflected in your PayPal account due to our terms and policy to confirm the gift cards from you so that we would be able to credit your PayPal Account because your money was place on pending by us for security reason.   Details of Transaction Transaction ID: 7P2311735L923384S Transaction Amount: ***** Case #: PP-091-962-222   You are to send the gift cards pictures & receipt to us for verification, so as to secure Buyers purchase as well as you. Fund has been deducted from ****** and shall be credited into your PayPal account ******  immediately after shipment is confirmed by our management as Gumtree/PayPal terms to verify the Gift Cards Information from you due to Buyer's non-delivery reports.
