When you face errors like these, please check if your account is fully verified and make sure that there are no limitations placed on your account. Also, try to clear your cache, cookies, data and try the action using a computer. If you still face issues, contact PayPal directly and they will take a look for you. Firstly make sure that the check is in good condition and enter the check amount, take a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check with your mobile device. Also, make sure you follow the instructions mentioned in the Article in order to cash the check correctly. Hi @Gelegentlich    Thank you for your post.    I see you need help removing a phone number from your PayPal account. To remove a phone number, tap the number, scroll down, and tap Remove. (You can only remove a phone number if you have at least two added to your PayPal account.) Make sure you're able to receive the code on linked number to make the changes. Hi @Santosh231    Thank you for making a post.    I see you've questions about changing your billing address on PayPal and about linking your Chinese cards. I want to inform you that, you will be able to link Chinese cards to your account only if your account is registered in China. If your account is registered anywhere else, please try to add the particular country card and only then the billing address will also be updated accordingly. Please check if there are any limitations placed on your account and also check if any additional verification is required. The payments can also be denied by the card issuer or bank end as well. It would be recommended to check once with them as well. Make sure the information on your bank and PayPal are exactly same. Hi @SerahI    Thank you for making a post.    I see you've questions about a withdrawal that you tried to make. Any withdrawal that goes through will be reflected in PayPal activity page. Try to log in using a computer and check once if you're able to find the transaction. If the withdrawal did not go through and the transaction is in pending status, it means it is being reviewed for security reasons which can take up to 72 hours. If the status is completed, then it might take 5 business days for the payment to reflect in your bank account. If you do not see any of these and do not see the money in your balance, contact PayPal directly so that they can take a look and help you with the transaction.    Regards, Punith  ... View more

Hi @Boris-tat    Thank you for making a post.    I see your funding method on a subscription payment has changed and that is very unusual. If there are funds in your PayPal balance then your balance will be charged first and then the card or bank will be charged for the remaining amount. If you had set up a back up funding source and the payment from the card failed due to any reason, it is possible that the other payment method could have been charged. However, they have not received the money yet, and you're not able to see the transaction in your PayPal activity page. It is possible that you have sent the payment directly through your card, without logging in to your PayPal account. I would recommend you to contact PayPal directly via phone or message center so that they can track the payment for you using the card details.
