No way to transfer money to my bank or card?

Hi...I'm trying to accept money in my PayPal account, and I select 'Transfer to my Bank', and get a message a message that says: PayPal: Internal Error. Not just once or twice, but all day long. Is PayPal still in business, and if so, do they not allow users to transfer the money that they own out of the account any longer? This seems like a shady deal. ... View more

No balance shown anywhere on my Paypal homepage

Hi...I'm logged into my Paypal account, and there is not a balance displayed anywhere - and I've been thru every single tab and page.  Why would they create a finance app with no balances ever shown?  FYI - I'm using Google Chrome as my browser in case that matters. ... View more
