My business is providing online IT Training so customers will join in zoom training meeting link. After 3 live classes there are no refunds and chargebacks because we will pay the amount to the trainer.so after completion of training customers are making a chargeback. I have submitted the screenshots to the PayPal but the PayPal is protecting buyer even though am submitted the proofs then what should i do. PayPal is making a huge loss for my business. I need a solution where I can get my money back.
