I issued a refund to a customer on wednesday. I thought the refund was going to be taken from my PayPal account not from the bank account. The next day money was debited from my bank account AND was returned because I had insufficient fund on this bank account. Will PayPal try to issue the refund from this bank account again? What is going to happen? The status of the refund is "pending" on PayPal Thanks for your input!

yes I tried on my phone, Safari, Chrome. I called over 20 times PayPal and still can't talk to anyone for the pas 10 days. I can chat with someone in less than 1 min on Stripe website
