Sender in Portugal , Seller in UK. Where i return? So basically i have been advised by my bank that in case of return i must make sure that the item is returned and delivered with signature to the exact address it came from that the label say.And not allow seller to take it back to another address because this will not prove that i return the item to the address it came from. Because after i accept delivery i am responsible where it returns.I used paypal messaging centre but no one replies 😞 Please inform me in detail what procedure i must follow to be protected by paypal ?
