I can't transfer funds from credit card to my PayPal account though to increase my balance. Is there a solution to this? Perhaps that's the only way to send money to my friend without paying for fees.

I am trying to send $5 to a friend but Paypal is charging me another $5 so I am paying $10 in total. How do I remove the fees? I have already selected the "Send to friends and family" option. I am sending money from credit card because I cannot add money to my Paypal balance. If this information matters.

I want to pay the merchant using my PP credit balance but it's not showing on the checkout page. I have already made PP balance (and the primary currency) my preferred mode of payment but it is still not reflecting in the merchant's checkout page. Help please.
