As mentioned in the title, my account has been limited since 2020.07.09. Due to COVID, shipping delays and refunds has caused PP to shut down my account entirely. It has not had any appeal since the limitation and the DUE DATE 2021.01.09 has PASSED as of 2021.01.13. I have sent a message on January 9th and still not a single reply back from the CS as I STILL cannot withdraw my funds and close the account (sent another one today). When trying to withdraw funds, I only get this message. Please Paypal, step your CS game up and stop putting customers go through endless hoops and circles replied by third world country cs who does not know jack-all and only reply copy & pasted meaningless redirection to the Paypal help section.
