I'm sorry for any confusion about your question. Thank you to @Aggi_25 for providing information about Top-Up. I believe that the question was regarding funds being automatically swept OUT of the account TO the bank.
There are some countries in which a balance may not be held, and funds must be auto-swept to the bank. However, to my understanding, you are not in one of these countries. Please contact Customer Service and let the representative know that you would like to disable auto-sweep for your account. If there is some reason why this is not possible, the representative should be able to explain, or they can disable the feature at that time.
