A scammer bought an item from me and he paid me FnF. I did not know he could dispute this action with his bank and he ran off with the item and my money. How can i find this person because i want to take him to small claims court. Paypal is not giving me any information on which bank or where the buyer lives. What do i do? I did not know he sent the payment without GNS. I am stumped.
