Hi everyone. I have used paypal thrice succesfully but i have receieved two transaction recently and money is on hold.I hold paypal business account under name online advertisement.I have however done any business with this account but i have received donations from personal friends three times with this account without any problem.now the money onhold requires shipping order and bank statement yet i have not linked my account to anybank as the previous transaction were instant and i withdraw through local mobile money wallet mpesa.am confused where will i start to get my money?
