Hello, I'm trying to shop an item and have had nothing but good and success on here. However when sent the money for an item it was put on hold. PayPal is telling me the only way I can release my funds is to ship the item and apon delivery I would get paid. Can the buyer pull their funds in that time resulting in me being out the item and money? Is the money permanently there so I dont have to worry? I have called twice and been left on hold for hours, I've messaged paypall twice and have yet to recieve a reply.. I dont want to be scammed and out $1000. Please help.
