I have been receiving emails from Paypal asking me to "Claim your money" - never received it in the past. Is this a new thing? When I click on it it says payment expired. Receivng payment from Airbnb. I used to just get an email from them saying they had paid and I would get an email shortly after that saying the money is in your account, and it would be there. None of my money from Airbnb has gone in in the last two months. HELP!

@Erica81 Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages... 1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? Hello Here's the situation: 1. Airbnb sent funds to old address (call it address B). Funds show as paid in airbnb account 2. Address B defunct, but I got it reinstated. 3. I added address B to Paypal account, in the hopes that the airbnb funds would land (this was per advice found in this forum that has worked for others). Solved by @kernowlass 4. The airbnb funds have not cleared in paypal. 5. There seems to be no way to contact paypal from South Africa, and there is no info in any of the self-help topics that addresses this issue. What can I do next?

Hi. I am haviungng the same problem. However, I do not 'own' the old address anymore, so when iadd i, it makes no difference. @kernowlass would you have another idea? In other words, Airbnb has sent funds with old address as reference. I no longer own that address. So how do i retrieve funds?
