Problem - I have sold an item and the buyer used Paypal to buy it, however, the payment is still in the hold (Since 18 Nov). I have added the tracking number, I checked that it has been delivered and I also contacted the buyer. However, I haven't received anything from the buyer and I need this money. I started a new side hustle and I need this money to continue, also money for my university expenses. Can someone help me resolve this, please?
