I have negative balance of $66.80 in my account & I am not being able to pay because Indian PayPal has no option to add funds. Also I've tried calling collection department but no one picks up the call. I want to ask if my account gets locked after 120 days will they snatch it from my bank or cards as they're linked & will they sue me for this or will I be in any legal trouble for this?

I have negative balance I want to resolve but there is no option of adding money from my bank account to PayPal India. No, I am not receiving any money so that is out of the box. Please tell me how can I add money from ny bank account else I won't be able to resolve the negative balance!

I had sold a product &amp; months later buyer opens a case with their credit card issuer saying they have no knowledge of the payment. Now I have negative balance as well as I have been charged a chargeback amount for no reason. Is this fair? I have put forward all the proof to PayPal but i am afraid that the case might favour the buyer. What do i do?
