They get the seller to accept the items back however I'm responsible to ship the sweaters back to CHINA. I didn't want the Sweaters. I tried to cancel them every day for 2 weeks before they shipped. The company had a cancellation policy/return policy and says they are located in the US! It would cost ME around $60 to send the package to CHINA via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS. The company that sent me the crappy unwanted sweaters should pay to have them sent back to them. I shouldn't have to pay for a return of something I didn't want and tried to cancel it within the companies rules! My credit card told me if I didn't use PayPal they could have helped, but PayPal is a third party and since they are involved I'm out of luck. So much for using PayPal!
