Hi, I have raised a dispute with a company in China because they sent the wrong item. They say they will refund my money but postage is my responsibility. I'm pretty cross about that as they have sent the wrong item, but I cannot add this as a message in the resolution centre as there is only the option to upload tracking proof. Before opening the case I tried emailing the company directly but they refused to acknowledge any fault, saying they sent the correct item (when they so obviously didn't!), so I will have no luck there either. Any advice?
